Our units are at two thirds capacity and we are continuing to see interest in the remaining units. Gabriel Shores is thankful for the enthusiastic reception we are having in the market.
As with many aspects of our lives post-Covid, we have had delays in finishing some of our amenities. Our fencing and gate entry system should be complete and functional by June. Our pool area and cabana building, including the outdoor kitchen area, has been submitted to Kenner’s regulatory department, and we hope to begin construction early this summer.
Our second phase which includes buildings B & C has been designed, and we are looking at construction pricing as we await completion of the pool area project. We anticipate seeing the second phase break ground in 2024.
