About Gabriel Shores

Gabriel Shores is the next chapter in development of the Gabriel brand.

Gabriel Shores is the next chapter in development of the Gabriel brand.

The vision of the late Marie Krantz for Gabriel, the company which has set the standard for real estate development in the Kenner area for years, is now being further realized by the Krantz family’s multifamily Gabriel Shores.

Located on the Pontchartrain Levee, Gabriel Shores allows easy access to the Lake Pontchartrain Linear Park. In fact, several units will enjoy a view of the lake.

The 400 Coconut Beach Boulevard address is a fifteen-minute commute to downtown New Orleans. The location is also within minutes of Louis Armstrong Airport, Chateau Golf & Country Club, Treasure Chest Casino, and numerous lifestyle retail centers.

The nearly two-acre campus of Gabriel Shores is designed for both security and comfort.

Because security at home is fundamental, the plans call for perimeter security fencing, along with automated, secure gate entry for residents and their guests into the well-lit, spacious parking area.

Each unit will have a key-padded entry lock, as well as an individual security system, allowing for the programming of door locks, lighting, thermostats, and other elements of the living space. A central building will provide a secure, access-controlled package drop-off for residents.

The first phase of Gabriel Shores is a single, three-story building with twelve two bedroom, two bathroom units.

Individual units will feature an open floor plan with many upscale highlights: granite on kitchen cabinets—as well as on the separate island—and on the bathroom vanities. The tub surroundings and the floors of the bathrooms will be easy-to-clean ceramic tile.

The practicality of the wood laminate floors of den and dining areas, paired with the luxury of the carpet in both bedrooms, will further enhance the comfort and beauty of these units.

Additional unit highlights include built-in millwork entertainment centers and window views in the formal dining rooms.

The lush landscape plan calls for lighted beds and walkways, as well as a variety of Louisiana citrus trees which will provide seasonal treats for residents.

The pool area, complemented by an outdoor kitchen, will be a focal point of the community and an invitation for social gatherings.

Electric car-charging stations are a part of Gabriel Shores's outreach to future trends and renewable resources.

The Krantz family has been a leader in well-planned real estate development in North Kenner for the last fifty years. Now, following the high standards set earlier by Gabriel, its luxurious flagship development, the family continues to provide legacy-level homes that will enhance the community—Gabriel Shores.
