Where is Gabriel Shores located?
We are in Kenner at 400 Coconut Beach Boulevard just off of Joe Yenni Boulevard and on the Lake Pontchartrain levee. Gabriel Shores is next door to the Gabriel Subdivision. View Map

What type of development is Gabriel Shores?
We are a gated, upscale multifamily residential development. Our development plan calls for 36 units in three buildings on approximately two acres of heavily landscaped grounds with security fencing and automated security gate access.

When will units be available for leasing?
Construction for our first phase building of 12 units is now under way. We anticipate units being available in the summer of 2022.

What amenities will the development offer?
Security features: Security fencing, automated secure gate entry, individual padded entry locks, individual security systems, secure packaging drop of, well lit parking

Unit amenities: Open floor plan, granite counter tops, granite kitchen island, ceramic tile surrounds and flooring, laminate wood flooring in den and dining area, built in mill work entertainment area, formal dining area with window views and carpeted bed rooms.

Onsite amenities: Pool area with pool lounging ledge, outdoor kitchen area to compliment the pool, electric car charging stations, lush landscaping, lighted beds and walkways, variety of Louisiana native fruit trees.

Who is the Developer of Gabriel Shores?
Gabriel Shores is the next project of the Krantz family. With the completion of Gabriel the 247 lot gated community abutting the shore of Lake Pontchartrain in Kenner, the Krantz family now begins the next chapter in development for north Kenner with Gabriel Shores.
